Training Video 1- Introduction

This first Training Video gives an overview of Move With Balance. You can use MWB as a Group Leader, a Professional or Family Caregiver, and as an individual.

You will have so much fun teaching MWB because it is so adaptable to every situation. You will have so much fun doing the activities because they are FUN! The elders love participating in MWB. It’s best if you have a copy of “Move With Balance: Healthy Aging Activities for Brain and Body” as you watch the training video
